Join us for this evidence-based Stress Less, Live More: A 6‑Week Journey to Resilience course at Yarm Wellness Centre, where we use practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you transform stress into strength through six immersive, hour-long weekly sessions.


Sign up for the first session and you will automatically be enrolled in the full six week program over the following dates:


Week 1 - Wednesday 10th September 2025 19.00 - 20.00

Week 2 - Wednesday 17th September 2025 19.00 - 20.00

Week 3 - Wednesday 1st October 2025 19.00 - 20.00
