Join us for this evidence-based Stress Less, Live More: A 6‑Week Journey to Resilience course at Yarm Wellness Centre, where we use practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you transform stress into strength through six immersive, hour-long weekly sessions.
