I also offer a check-in follow up appointment to all clients.

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of coaching practice. I ensure that all personal information shared during coaching sessions remains confidential unless the client provides explicit consent to share specific information. I adhere to the Code of Ethics for coaching as set of professional guidelines that ensures our coaching practice is conducted with integrity, respect, and professionalism. It includes principles such as confidentiality, transparency, and the commitment to the well-being and development of our clients.

How do you handle sensitive information during projects? 

During projects, I handle sensitive information with the utmost care. I am happy to sign NDAs when working with clients data and planning.  I do not share your personal or business information with third parties without your explicit consent. We can discuss workflows or information sharing in any consultation should you have any concerns.

What qualifies you to be a Cognitive Behavioural Coach?

I trained with the Centre for Coaching, an approved trainer under the International Academy for Professional Development Ltd (IAFPD). The Centre and IAFPD are Institute of Leadership (IoL) Approved Centres and offer IoL Approved Development Programmes in coaching and management development, leading to IoL membership. The Centres are part of the IAFPD Centres of Expertise group, accredited by the British Psychological Society. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Coaching Psychology and I am a member of the Institute of Leadership, the International Society for Coaching Psychology, and the International Society for Stress Management.
