JoVivi Consultancy crafted a bold and strategic marketing plan for the Smart Production Solutions (SPS) Tradeshow. The collaboration elevated Wandelbots' presence, driving impactful engagement and gave the company a tailored Event and Marketing blueprint for the future.

Wandelbots, an industry disruptor and the pioneer in the "democratisation of robotics", has a clear vision: "every person should be able to work with robots".

 

The Software DeepTech start-up, is a thought leader in the robotics industry with its proprietary software stack that simplifies human-robot interaction, making it possible for even non-coders to easily plan new automation projects, create customised apps and operate the robots. By making robotics more accessible, Wandelbots are not just enhancing operational efficiencies, they're transforming the industry.

 

However, like many technology start-ups they were facing a particular challenge. They had undergone a recent organisational strategy shift and they lacked the strategic marketing expertise internally. This gap became critical to the team when facing significant deadlines around a key trade show - SPS.

The Process

An initial briefing call uncovered the specific challenge the team was facing, the immediate deadlines and the goals and objectives required. It quickly became clear that Wandelbots had a highly motivated marketing team who could facilitate execution, but they required strategic guidance, clear planning and ideas to maximise the value from the investment the company was making into SPS.

A detailed proposal was put forward clearly outlining the deliverables, timings and costs. The proposal ensured the team had an event bible that could deliver for them for the now and the future. This was a document that covered all areas of event planning and strategy so the team could focus solely on the execution.

Following the success of the SPS strategy collaboration, Wandelbots engaged with JoVivi Consultancy to lead the Wandelbots FY Marketing strategy planning meeting. This allowed various teams to collaborate within the company, ensuring preparation to continue the marketing journey with the right priorities, goals and common understanding.
