I'm Jo Fawell, an Accredited Executive Coach, Coaching Psychology and CBT Practitioner specialising in stress, resilience and menopause support.
I design and deliver evidence-based programmes that help people develop practical tools to better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and responses to life's challenges.
My programmes can be delivered online or in person, as group programmes, workshops or 1:1 support, and are suitable for organisations, public sector teams, community programmes and individuals.

My programmes combine coaching psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, and practical wellbeing strategies to help people develop skills they can use long after a programme has finished.
Rather than focusing solely on information or awareness, participants learn practical techniques that support resilience, emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-management in everyday life.
